Sleep paralysis 😈

Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis in your life? I’ve  experienced it once and it felt extremely worst. I experienced it when i was 16 years old. After a busy morning i was back to home from school, I felt exhausted so i decided to take a nap before starting to do my homework. When I was sleeping, i felt something was laying on my chest yet I woke up. But I was unable to move my body. I felt the feel of hell for at least 1 min and I woke up finally. I experienced excessive sweat at that time.

Spirit 👻

Spirts can be categorized into two which are evil and good. According to Hinduism, each spirit has its own task to do in this world. Some spirits will disturb humans in order to get help. In my case, I’ve seen black spirit in my apartment and even at my cousin’s house last time. Approximately 2 years ago, I lived at klang. Every night there will be a sound of wailing in my cousin room. It was so obvious to hear it. It happened almost 2-3 years after my brother came back from Landon. Some how, we identified the spirit’s living place. It was the edge of my sister’s room. We did some veneration to chase out the spirit from house. I still can have goosebumps thinking of how i lived with a spirit for 3 weeks. It is said and assumed that spirits tend to be more concentrated in places that have experienced a lot of death or birth.

Dead skin of human 🙀

Last week, I read a medical hack from an article and that is really something new for me. How many of us know that the large amount of the dust in our house is actually dead skin? The dust in houses that collects on tables, mattress etc is due to shedding of the upper layer of skin called as dead skin. Human shed about 600000 particles of skin every body about 1.5 pounds a year. By 70 years of age, an average person will have lost 105 pounds of skin. The outer layer of your skin is the epidermis. It is found thickest on the palms of your hands and soles of your feet. Dead skin comprises about a billon ton of dust in the earth’s atmosphere.
